Vericast is hiring a Training Operations Specialist.
Training Operations Specialist should be dedicated and detail-oriented to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of Vericast contact center training programs. The Training Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the logistical and operational aspects of all training activities. This role plays a crucial part in the success of training organization initiatives by partnering with the Training leadership, Trainers, Training Designers, Client Support, and Operations leadership.
What will your day look like?
- Training Coordination: Create automated emails for new specialists prior to systems login sessions. Update program rosters with assigned trainers and virtual training details. Use the roster to set up a class journal(s). Collaborate with trainers and training supervisor to ensure all necessary actions are complete for each training event. 35%
- Administrative Support: Assist the Training Design Team with program updates within knowledge management resources to include content tracking. Follow post training/prelaunch task list to ensure that training materials, setup, and resources are ready for launch. Assist trainers with communicating class absences daily. Register specialists in the LMS (Learning Management System) for required training. Create and link LMS modules and assessments for Training Designers. Assist trainers with administering class assessments and practice activities. Collect and report the status of training classes to the Training Supervisor and Manager in real-time to allow for additional actions needed for completion. 35%
- Record-Keeping: Run/create compliance reports for Vericast leaders as well as any program specific compliance program completion. Track training activities to generate reports and summaries on performance (i.e., # of participants, training hours, # of programs, overall program training attendance, performance, and trends). 25%
- Miscellaneous: Other duties as assigned. 5%
Qualifications
- Previous Training & Contact Center experience
- Effective at working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Additional Information
Salary: $23.04-$28.80 per hour based on experience level verified.
