Collator Machine Operator - Night Shift
- Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00+ DOE + $1.75/hr shift differential + $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days

Vericast is looking for a Collator Machine Operator to add to their team! This is a Day shift role that will be responsible for the coordination of jobs in the Duplicate Collation Imaging System (DCIS) process.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Load DCIS feeder with stock, tags, and duplicates.
- Inspect finished print products for quality to include damaged documents, double tags, duplicates, alignment, and name verification.
- Gather and transfer finished product from conveyor to designated areas.
- Perform minor maintenance functions such as cleaning print sensors, cleaning belts, inspecting hoses for leaks, and inspecting for worn parts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
EXPERIENCE
- Entry level position.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience with operating a computer (mouse and keyboard) preferred.
COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS
Position is relatively independent. Interacts with others in work unit. Limited interaction with vendors and/or visitors. Communication is mainly with other workers and plant leadership. Communication from position is primarily verbal. Written communication from position may include completing production sheets. Position includes participation in a team business meetings, which may include both verbal and written communication.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or frequently.
- Occasional reaching and lifting; consistently fingering and grasping. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, pushing and pulling.
- Strength and manual dexterity needed to move objects and will be standing for duration of a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jack(s).
