We're looking for a bright, curious, dependable person that enjoys writing efficient C# and Java code in a high-performing, fast-paced team environment.  This candidate is a self-starter who has excellent communication skills and has a passion for leaving code better than it was found.  This candidate does not shy away from writing documentation clearly, from in-line code comments to high-level overviews that allow non-engineers to understand concepts quickly.

The Ad Execution team builds, maintains, and expands on one of the largest digital advertising footprints in the industry. Our platform is capable of handling well over 1.75 million requests per second, analyzing each to determine value for campaigns we run on behalf of our clients. Our bidders receive, analyze, decision, and place bids faster than the average financial stock trade execution at under 6ms. Furthermore, working in unison, our platform serves hundreds of millions of ad impressions daily across display, video, audio, and CTV/OTT (Connected TV/Over-the-Top). With 570+ bidder instances, one of the fastest key/value stores, real time accounting and messaging, the Ad Execution team continues to innovate using the latest technologies to ensure our world-class real time execution platform remains the industry leader. What you'll do:
- Build and optimize industry leading real-time bidding technology to help us deliver "in the moment" value for our customers.
- Build new features that enable execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Expand upon existing systems that enable creative registration, key/value lookups and transaction/data integrations with partners.
- Coordinate with other engineering, analytics, and operations teams to build and improve our advertising products.
- Develop and expand monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

- Understanding of DevOps concepts is a plus.

Salary: $155,000 - $165,000 

Position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive program.  

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
