Job Description

The Technical Sales Engineer provides support for data exchange, data analysis and business requirements while leading projects for Vericast solutions and products offered to our Clients.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Assigned medium-sized projects; may be responsible for multiple projects; and/or may be responsible for multiple phases of a project.  Generally works under deadlines. 30%

•   Define business requirements, develop and implement plans to achieve a specific scope that is driven by the solutions and products. 15%

•   Coordinating and carrying out communications among stakeholders that are active, effective, and collaborative in nature. 15%

•   Addresses the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project. 10%

•   Managing stakeholders towards meeting project requirements and creating project deliverables for Vericast products and solutions. 10%

•   Regularly provides guidance to and assists in training of less experienced personnel.  Will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams. Communicates directly with internal and external customers; may act as an internal consultant. 10%

•   Proficient in developing process and technical documentation.  Has a general understanding of a business segment or function. 10%

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 9+ years’ work experience.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES:

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) desired.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Above average communication skills.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS:

  • Communicates directly with internal and external customers.
  • Communicates with vendors. 

Additional Information

Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000

Position is eligible for a 10% annual bonus incentive program.

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
