Job Description

The IT Manager supports the execution of various efforts related to client’s marketing strategies. He/She will work in partnership with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are implemented with the highest level of accuracies while meeting client go-live timelines. This role will be hands on within the marketing platform, as well as coding and testing using Python language.

Qualifications

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages end-to-end offer targeting and implementation across multiple online and offline channels for financial institution clients to achieve a specific objective. 30%
  • Performs hands-on coding for data processing using Python and builds SQL-like logic to implement campaign rules within the marketing platform. 30%
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail and addresses the various needs, concerns and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project. 20%
  • Proficient in developing process and technical documentation.  Has a general understanding of a business segment or function. 20%

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience required.
  • SQL coding experience required.
  • Programming experience required.
  • Prior experience working with marketing platforms preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Above average proofreading/checking skills.
  • Knowledge of the financial sector, specifically B2C lending solutions preferred.
