Job Description

As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of executing awareness, demand generation and pipeline acceleration tactics, and will closely collaborate with the Segment Leader from the sales organization to align demand generation goals with marketing lead generation tactics and targets. The successful candidate will be naturally curious, a creative thinker and problem solver, and a true team player with a can-do attitude!

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Ensure that demand generation campaigns meet or exceed the goals of the supported segment 
•    Align awareness, demand generation and pipeline acceleration marketing plans with scheduled project and job launches to achieve deadlines 
•    Maintain tactical marketing calendars and project planning calendars 
•    Create and maintain marketing overview grids for each assigned solution 
•    Research, coordinate and organize materials necessary to open jobs in accordance with established production timelines 
•    Coordinate webcast deliverables between internal stakeholders and 3rd party hosts 
•    Drive and oversee creative development and program execution 
•    Ensure on-time delivery of all campaigns 
•    Contribute to social content 
•    Author copy as needed for marketing campaigns 
•    Regularly monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, Marketo, CRM and other data sources 
•    Use workflow / project management tools to input jobs, proof projects, monitor deadlines and run reports 
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
 
EXPERIENCE
•    3-5 years of demonstrated experience in B2B marketing
•    3-5 years product marketing experience
•    Experience building campaigns
•    Experience working in financial services, banking preferred
•    Experience using marketing automation platforms a plus, preferably Marketo
•    Experience using Google Analytics
•    Experience using workflow / project management tools (experience with Asana and In Motion a plus)

•    Demonstrated ability to communicate through MS Office Suite
•    Demonstrated understanding of omni-channel marketing programs to generate demand
•    Passion for excellence, continuous learning and innovation
•    Meticulous attention to detail and project execution
•    Understanding of demand generation and lead nurture programs
