Our client, a growing Insurance Brooker, is looking to recruit a Marketing and Client Liaison Executive.

Job Description

Overview of the role

Increasing brand awareness, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications, Experience & Competences.

          

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business Studies from a recognized institution.
  • Certificate of Proficiency (CoP) from the College of Insurance is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or client relationship management, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details.
  • A professional, honest, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Innovative and future thinking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.).
  • References from the insurance industry will be required.

Salary Budget: 30K Gross
