Our client, providing financial services in invoice & cheque discounting, LPO & Asset financing, and payroll support is looking to recruit an Admin & Sales Executive to be based in CBD Nairobi.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing loan application including authenticating documents
- Timely disbursement of loans
- Capturing all loans in the system
- Follow up on loan arrears/debt collection
- Timely generation of financial reports
- Coordinating with External Auditors for timely financial audits and returns
- General administration and excellent customer service delivery
- Implementation of the company’s strategies and related policies
- Tele sales marketing, cross selling and upselling to clients
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or any business related field
- Have at least one year relevant work experience in Admin & Sales
- Be visionary, transformative and results oriented
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Be self-driven and a team player
- Have high level of integrity
