Our client, providing financial services in invoice & cheque discounting, LPO & Asset financing, and payroll support is looking to recruit an Admin & Sales Executive to be based in CBD Nairobi.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing loan application including authenticating documents
  • Timely disbursement of loans
  • Capturing all loans in the system
  • Follow up on loan arrears/debt collection
  • Timely generation of financial reports
  • Coordinating with External Auditors for timely financial audits and returns
  • General administration and excellent customer service delivery
  • Implementation of the company’s strategies and related policies
  • Tele sales marketing, cross selling and upselling to clients

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or any business related field
  • Have at least one year relevant work experience in Admin & Sales
  • Be visionary, transformative and results oriented
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Be self-driven and a team player
  • Have high level of integrity
