On behalf of our client, a creative and branding services marketing communication agency, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Client Service Manager to enhance efficient support to the clients.

 

Job Description

Key Objective

Ensure that the key accounts are running profitably for the agency while offering efficient support that gives the best results with the input of the agency team and ensuring all client billing is on track.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the liaison for specific clients with the agency and balance the input of the various agency departments, ensuring it always meets the client's objective 
  • Know all there is to know about the client's product or service, the market and its consumers 
  • Understand the client's marketing objectives in terms of sales, market share, competitor products 
  • Brief the media department so it can develop the media strategy 
  • Prepare the creative/digital brief, which is the foundation of the advertisements the creative/ digital team will produce  
  • Oversee the various production stages every advertisement goes through and ensure stringent quality control 
  • Assist the client in solving marketing problems 
  • Ensure the advertising is created on time (job trafficking) and on budget. 
  • Assist in drafting the strategy that we use for pitch presentations through research and reference 
  • Stay abreast of any ad technology that will be used to better execute client outputs
  • Ensure there are enough resources at hand

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline would be ideal
  • Demonstrated experience as a Client Service Manager for a minimum of 5 years. (Agency experience is an added advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear communication and persuasive speaking Skills, with the ability to use positive language
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to priorit work
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Highly skilled in leading a team
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle high stress situations.

Additional Information

The salary budget is ksh 150K
