Our client, a professional medium-sized real estate company is looking for a Sales Team Leader. Their key role shall be customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative while maximizing the sales team potential, and creating and successfully implementing sales plans.
Job Description
- Establishing monthly and annual targets for the team, implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Ensure targets are delivered through performance reviews with rewards given out by focusing on individuals' success rather than just collective successes
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader/ manager or Sales Rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales lead role
- A team player with good people management and supervisory skills
- Good analysis, performance management, and report-writing skills
- Problem solver and quick to think on your feet
- Have a positive attitude and be self-driven

- Salary Budget Ksh 50,000 Gross plus commission
