Our client, a professional medium sized security company based in Nairobi is looking to hire a Sales & operations Administrator to work closely under the managing director.

Job Description

·         Provide support to the sales team while handling enquires, tracking sales, daily and weekly and monthly  sales reports

·         Handle day to day operations of the business while working closely with the managing director in overseeing all operational activities of the business

·         Assist with timely preparation of business tenders, quotations and proposals

·         Supporting business development activities & operations while ensuring efficiency and compliance of company polices

·         Build and maintain business relationships with clients while identifying new business

·         Maintaining and updating client database and contracts

·         Tracking sales, invoices and follow up on payments

·         Ensure compliance to the set SOPs with the clients on board

·         Manage and solve staff challenges in the various branches

 

Qualifications

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and operations in a supervisory role

·         Good in planning, organizing and coordinating

·         Highly organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines

·         A team player with good people management and supervisory skills of 500 plus staff

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Good in analysis, performance management and report writing skills

·         Problem solver and quick to think on your feet

·         Previous working experience in security protocols and HR procedures will be an added advantage

·         Availability/ Flexibility to work/Be on call 24hrs

·         Have a positive attitude and be self-driven

 

·         Salary Budget Ksh 40,000 plus commission
