We are seeking The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the solvent distillation operation during their assigned shift. They ensure the shift team follows procedures to operate the plant safely and produce the product to meet the customer's needs. 

【Key Responsibilities】

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of solvent distillation operators during the shift. 

• Coordinate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and consistent plant operations. 

• Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives. 

• Train and mentor new operators and technicians. 

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff.

【主要職責】

• 參與改善流程和效率，並推動與執行相關改善措施。 

• 培訓和指導新的操作員和技術員。 

• 確保所有員工正確使用和維護個人防護裝備 (PPE)。

【Required Qualifications】

• 5 years or above experience in chemical plants, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 

• Forklift driving. 

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.

• 24/7 operation may require flexible scheduling and on-call availability. 

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Holding valid certificates of "Organic solvent operation management," "Forklift driving," and "Pressured Vessel Operations."

• Strong knowledge of chemical automation processes.

• 24小時全年無休營運，可能需要彈性排班與待命。

【優先資格】

• 持有「有機溶劑作業主管」、「堆高機操作」、「壓力容器操作」等有效證照。

• 具備化學自動化流程的扎實知識。
