About the job:
Veolia Water Tech's Global Supply Chain Finance organization is looking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager for Membranes activity worldwide, reporting to the CFO of Supply Chain One Water Tech. This includes the Zeeweed, FM, and ED product lines with manufacturing sites worldwide. This role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Membranes operations leader in all financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling and scenario analysis, S&OP coordination and integration, overseeing plant controllers and their budgeting & reporting, implementation of company-wide best practices, Membranes GEP oversight, logistics, and ad hoc requests. This leader will develop and refine processes, tools, and reports in support of Membranes Supply Chain whilst supporting the overall Margin Management efforts working across the business functions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in setting business goals and objectives
- Exhibit strong financial acumen and functional as well as business expertise.
- Utilize your experience and expertise to drive impact on short-term and long-term business goals
- 3 direct reports (Minnetonka Plant Controller, ROED NORAM Controller, Bitterfeld Germany Plant Controller).
- Coordinate with other SC Finance site leaders for Membranes (Orozlony, Wuxi, Hoskote)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Membranes operations leader in all financial reporting and analysis
- Financial modeling and scenario analysis (including all T&P PL’s at Membranes sites) as well as benchmarking across sites
- Provide strategic business partnership and thought leadership to the Supply Chain Membranes operations leader
- Be the POC for S&OP coordination and integration both during the 2026 go-lives and for the process going forward
- Be the POC for Membranes and S&OP reviews by external consultants, and help assess findings and potentially build and implement action plans
- Oversee plant controllers and their budgeting & reporting, partner with them and challenge them
- Be actively engaged in standard cost roll-up - both allocation methodology and actuals with the supply chain finance team. Standardize the cost roll-up across membrane sites globally
- Active engagement to review any large capex and expansion business cases across all membrane sites.
- Be responsible for Membranes GEP oversight, logistics, and ad hoc requests
- Help identify and disseminate company-wide best practices. This leader will develop & refine processes, tools and reports in support of Membranes Supply Chain whilst supporting the overall Margin Management efforts working across the business functions
- Manage a team of 3 analysts across indirect and direct spend
- Provide Finance expertise to the Procurement function budget to track actuals vs budget, as well as assisting
- Procurement Projects team in tracking liquidations

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tableau Reporting experience, or similar reporting software
- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting & analysis
- Report development expertise
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Education & Experience:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Financial acumen to understand market dynamics to drive business action
- 12+ years of finance experience with at least 8 years of SC finance experience
Preferred
- Master’s Degree / MBA
- SAP – SD & FI/CO module expertise (highly preferred)

Compensation:
The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $100,000-$150,000
