Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Excavation w/power and manual equipment.
  • Install, repair, and maintain water mains, service pipes, hydrants, valves & other maintenance as requested.

Work Environment:

  • Heavy physical outdoor work, all weather.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background: 

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Construction experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to drive heavy automotive equipment and operate power equipment.
  • Emergency stand-with a response time not to exceed 45 minutes.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training: 

  • Must Possess Commercial Driver’s License Class B with Air Brake endorsement or must obtain within 6 months of start date.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to operate a 90 lb. jackhammer.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $26.53 to $27.78 per hour.
