The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, asset reliability, and safety compliance at the plant. Leading a team of 9-12 technical staff, this role ensures maximum equipment availability and operational efficiency through structured CMMS-based preventive maintenance, cost control, and rigorous HSE adherence.

【Key Responsibilities】

Asset Management & Maintenance Planning:

• Establish and execute annual, monthly, weekly, and daily preventive/predictive maintenance programs based on the CMMS; manage corrective maintenance for ad-hoc occurrences.

• Monitor asset performance conditions and report on key operational metrics.

• Develop and maintain departmental processes, procedures, and interfaces with the computerized asset management system.

Operational Excellence & Emergency Response:

• Drive operational performance by improving plant safety, equipment availability, efficiency, and overall profitability.

• Act as the primary point of contact for 'out of hours' support during equipment breakdowns or plant emergencies.

• Lead incident investigations for maintenance events; perform root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and execute corrective/remedial actions.

HSE Compliance & Safe Work Systems:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of safe systems of work across all maintenance activities.

• Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and corporate safety procedures.

Cost Control & Subcontractor Management:

• Manage maintenance budgets and costs, including contract services, labor, overtime, and spare parts/materials.

• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor maintenance proposals for cost-effectiveness, quality, and technical feasibility.

設備維修經理負責統籌觀音廠區所有設備運作、資產可靠度與工安合規管理。本職位需管理 9–12 人之維護團隊，透過 CMMS 系統建立預防性維護機制，嚴格控管維修預算與工安標準，以確保廠區運作達到最高稼動率與生產效率。

【主要職責】

資產管理與維護計畫執行:

• 運用 CMMS（電腦化維修管理系統）制定並執行年、月、週及每日之預防性與預測性維護計畫，並妥善處理突發故障維修。

• 持續監控設備運轉狀態，定期提出資產效能與技術指標報告。

• 建立並維護維修部門之作業標準程序（SOP），提升資產管理系統之運用效益。

營運效能與突發狀況應變:

• 提升廠區整體營運績效，致力降低設備停機時間，優化安全、高可用性與生產效率。

• 擔任非上班時間（Out of hours）設備重大突發故障或緊急事件的最高聯繫窗口。

• 主導維修相關事故調查，執行設備故障原因分析（RCA），並落實長期改善與根治措施。

工安（HSE）合規與安全作業系統:

• 參與並推動安全作業系統之設計與執行，確保現場維修作業之安全性。

• 嚴格遵守國家職業安全衛生、環境保護（HSE）法規及公司內部安全政策。

預算控管與外包廠商管理:

• 負責維修部門之預算規劃與費用控管，包含外包服務、維修人力、加班費及備品耗材。

• 評估外部承包商與供應商之維修提案，確保其符合成本效益、可行性與品質要求。

【Required Qualifications】

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on understanding of all maintenance domains (preventive, predictive, and corrective).

• Strong analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to monitor and report on financial and technical KPIs.

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Proven experience in direct people management (leading a team of 9–12 engineers/technicians).
