Job Description
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for shipping, receiving, and general material handling using a forklift or crane as required to meet supplier, manufacturing, or customer requirements in an accurate and timely
manner.
Responsibilities:
- Observe all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, including housekeeping practices and participation in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
- Perform tasks in accordance with quality, DOT and hazardous waste requirements understanding emergency response procedures in the event of a spill.
- Pulls material required for production orders, customer sales orders, and miscellaneous material in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Responsible for control and accuracy of material and inventory records using either manual or computer systems.
- Communicate and coordinate material status information with the Materials Facilitator.
- Properly package material for shipping based on quantity and size.
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Material Handler Facilitator
- Adapts to production needs and prioritizes workloads as required
Qualifications
Required:
- One year of experience in order fulfillment
- Previous experience operating a fork truck in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform basic computer input
Preferred:
- High School Diploma / GED

Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $21.00 - $23.00 hourly.
