Key Responsibilities will include:

Chemical Treatment Service

• Provide on site service, chemical treatment analysis, monitoring and account management to existing and new customers.

• Capable of stock management, chemical transfer, third party transfer supervision and all associated safety protocols.

• Capable of routine maintenance of chemical dosing systems, including programming of dosing controllers, fault finding and troubleshooting of complex dosing systems.

• Capable of designing chemical dosing solutions: appropriate chemical specification  chemical consumption calculations, equipment specification, PID generation and site integration.

• Collate site information and compile, maintain and audit site log books for customers .

• Initiate water treatment programs on new accounts and commission new dosing/control installations.

Sales & After Sales Support

• Liaise and work with the Business Development Manager on potential growth and new sites.

• Look for opportunities and where appropriate to sell parts, consumables, plant upgrades and refurbishment work.

• Offer feedback on future product development, features and benefits.

• Assist with marketing programmes such as seminars and exhibitions and deliver technical presentations as required.

Customer Relationship Management

• To develop and maintain good working relationships with customers

• Establish and maintain practical KPI reporting structures within key accounts

• Network within existing and potential customers.

• Provide customer recommendations for best working practices.

• Gather information in preparation for client review meetings.

Legionella Control

• Provide compliant Legionella control programs on site and ensure customer compliance with all appropriate Irish and UK legislation .

• Provide site operator training and support on the use of Hydrex products and Legionella awareness training.

Health & Safety

• Review site water services risk assessment.

• Completion of risk assessments, method statements and work reports, and all other documentation to a high standard and in a timely manner.

• Provide an update to line manager on any issues that may result in financial, reputational or operational impact on the Company, seek guidance and support as required to ensure the service provided to our customers is a priority.

• Ensure that there is timely reporting on progress or delays.

• Be fully aware of minimum PPE requirements for chemical  exposure and champion the highest level of risk assessment and chemical awareness to, and for, our existing clients.
