Position Purpose:
C&D Tech IV is responsible for the effective performance of manual operations while acting as a lead person for personnel assigned to him/her.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, schedules, directs and allocates the functions of assigned personnel.
- Analyzes job task in order to determine the solution or outcome.
- Participates in the operation of assigned work tasks.
- Assists in installations of equipment and materials.
- Observes all job-site safety regulations.
- Performs related duties as requested.
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- 3 – 5 years of work experience in related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of skills related to the field.
- Ability to perform manual tasks.
- Ability to operate all hand tools and general equipment related to your field.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to cope with emergencies.
- Ability to direct and instruct others.
- Must follow all safety requirements for above and below work.
- Depth perception required.
- Ability to distinguish basic colors and various shades.

Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
- Valid Mississippi CDL driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform the following: pulling hand over hand, reaching above the shoulder, pushing, walking, standing, crawling, climb stairs or ladders, kneeling and intermittent bending.
