Job Description
As an Account Associate, you'll work closely with our Chemical and Monitoring Solutions Account Management Team in Fort McMurray to find innovative solutions for our customers' water treatment needs in the region.

Your responsibilities:
- Work directly and travel to visit customers on-site, providing industrial water testing and analysis services
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively at all levels
- Identify opportunities for growth and drive improvements in key processes
- Participate in community events and contribute to the company's social responsibility initiatives.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- Sales, marketing, technical support, or operations experience in the water process/treatment industry is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel within the territory and reside in the assigned region.
