Job Description

Veolia Water Technology and Solutions is currently seeking a Manager of Field Fulfillment to join our Services Team to provide the field team support around purchasing, salesforce, documentation, and general contract support within the South Region. You will work in a highly collaborative, agile environment partnering closely with the Field Service Team to efficiently and effectively manage both long-term and short-term contracts.
Essential Responsibilities
● Provide purchasing support for all LTSA/Bridge/O&M projects within the South Region.
● Execute on parts-lists for new projects in conjunction with Field Service Managers.
● Develop business level reporting for contract spend of materials and partner with procurement in reviewing spend within the region and controlling costs.
● Support with vendor invoicing issues and material tracking.
● Support with ELTO closure.
● Support with reconciling monthly O&M expenses to be invoiced back to the customer
● Provide work-order creation and general admin support.
● Review labor liquidation and ensure all hours are being entered into both ServiceMax and Kronos for the field teams where applicable while capturing appropriate entitlement.
● Act as a ServiceMax/Salesforce subject matter expert within the region
● Review documentation standardization within AO Docs and ensure this information remains up-to-date within the region.
● General project support
● Back-up support for resource management specialist with dispatching of FSRs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
● Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or 3+ years in the field.
● Professional level experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
● Ability and willingness to respond to after hours emergencies
● Expected travel 20-25%
Desired Characteristics
● Proficiency with various digital tools including SAP Sales/Distribution and ServiceMax/Salesforce
● Purchasing Background
● Familiarity with water treatment processes
● Strong communication skills (written and oral)

● Strong analytical skills and business acumen
