Job Description
As Data Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making processes. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data lifecycle, from strategy and architecture to analysis and insights delivery.
Specifically, you will:
Lead and manage a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Develop and implement the data strategy, roadmap, and architecture to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
Collaborate with portfolio and product teams across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
Stay up to date of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the data and analytics space, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization, promoting the use of data to drive business outcomes.
