Our entity, SODI Germany (250 employees), is active in the field of high-pressure cleaning of installations for chemical, oil & gas and metallurgy companies. Automation and robotics are an integral part of the equipment used in this activity.

SODI is looking for a Business Analyst.

The VIE position will be in direct contact with the company director and the managers of the two main sites in Germany.

This position is created to support the company director directly, but also to support the implementation of new management processes and to participate in the acquisition of new customers.

Missions are :

1. Support the implementation of new management processes
2. Participate in the acquisition of new customers
3. Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the specific needs of departments (management, controlling, purchasing and innovation) and the organisation as a whole
4. Use efficient data management skills to analyse the available business information, draw conclusions and propose suggestions for strategic and operational improvements
5. Produce written documentation to support your work (reports and presentations) and present to stakeholders

Educational background: Technical or management

Previous experience: Experience in Chemical or Oil & Gas domains is a plus

Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills and 

Great IT skills, especially with Google IT tools

Languages: German required, little or no French or English within SODI
