Job Description
Responsible for filling positions in the company by sourcing viable candidates and assessing their suitability and ensuring that current employees are satisfied with the company.
Main task and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate with universities and schools for the Job fairs.
- Maintain and update the CV database and communicate with line manager in case of hiring.
- Assists the HR Manager to coordinate with Department Heads and Line Managers to measure job performance, sustain productive employees, recognize workers for meeting the company's performance standards and analyze training and development needs.
- Communicates, negotiates and coordinates between the Department Heads and Line Manager and Manpower Supply companies.
- Maintains Recruitment KPIs mainly but not limited to; Number of qualified candidates per post, Recruitment timeline, Number of interviews per candidate, Job offer timeline etc.
- Initiate new ideas related to his/her duties.
- Determining selection criteria, assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details and through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Maintains and updates Employees Personal files, computerized records and employee data; ensures accuracy, confidentiality and neatness of those files.
- Initiate communication with other departments and involving in any company event.
- Acts as a team member assisting other departmental staff as appropriate, deputizing during absence; performing any other work related duties as assigned by the HR & Administration Manager or his/her designee.

Job specifications
- Qualifications: Bachelor in Business Admin’ or equivalent. Arabic & English fluency
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR & Administration
- Specific training: Google Application and Computer literacy.
Additional Information
QHSE Commitments
- Ensure the applicable QHSE Policies and standards/requirements/procedures are being applied and maintained
- Liaise with the internal or external interested parties during the QHSE audits/inspections
- Ensure that all the work activities at site/plant/project are controlled with the help of QHSE procedures, risk assessment (or LMRA) & the valid work permit
- Ensure the implementation of customer satisfaction requirements Ensure to report Incidents (near misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions & etc.)
- Keep the documented information as evidence ensuring the compliance to QHSE Management System
