Job Description

To improve workforce productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
● Examine jobs to be done and determines best way to accomplish the work
● Handle long and short-range planning
● Assign proper coding during work identification, control and planning phases
● Develop and and monitor maintenance plans in CMMS for creation of Work Orders
● Recording of complete maintenance data in CMMC
● Ensure work orders are complete prior to execution (documentation, tools, spare-parts)
● Review completed schedules and corresponding work orders submitted by the maintenance area supervisors monitoring all progress for any reports necessary
● Monitor completion of work orders on time and analyzes differences between forecasts and implementation
● Prioritize incoming. backlog work and constantly adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work
● Keep the O&M director properly informed on all abnormal or critical situations and
seeks advice on matters outside of the scheduler’s knowledge or authority
● Define stock levels
● Assist in the preparation of budget for facility installation or maintenance
● Perform any duties requested by Management

Skills & Competencies:

● Manage plant and team performance through objectives.
● Perform duties diligently, professionally, reliably and ethically.
● Work autonomous and take show initiative.
● Able to work under pressure and in the field/on the plant.

● Good inter-personal, negotiation and conflict handling skills.
● Good command of written and spoken English.
● Communicate accurately, correctly, timely, effectively and in an appropriate manner using email, documentation and verbally.
● General IT know-how , Microsoft suite & Google apps knowledge

Qualifications

● Degree: Minimum Engineering graduate
● Minimum 8-10 years in industrial plant
● Minimum 3-5 years as a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler
● Minimum 2 years intensive working experience with software such as ERP, CMMC. EAM system
