Job Description

To work along with sales engineers and supervise site’s system.

Main task and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate Sales Engineers and update him with site demands and site system operational conditions.
  • Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly water analysis reports.
  • Meeting with Sales engineers daily.
  • Supervise and execute the given AQP’s by the sales engineers and implement as per the procedure method statements.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • PPE’s, LMRA & Safety incident reporting (ISIA), etc. 
  • Handling QMS & HSE Requirements for the chemical and services department. 
  • Responsible for providing services and assistance to customers with problem-solving support regarding their products/applications/solutions.
  • Provide on-site field service and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistant.
  • Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Chemical Engineer, Chemist or Water Treatment Engineer
  • Experience: 2-3 years

Additional Information

QHSE Commitments

  • Ensure the applicable QHSE Policies and standards/requirements/procedures are being applied and maintained
  • Liaise with the internal or external interested parties during the QHSE audits/inspections
  • Ensure that all the work activities at site/plant/project are controlled with the help of QHSE procedures, risk assessment (or LMRA) & the valid work permit
  • Ensure the implementation of customer satisfaction requirements 
  • Ensure to report Incidents (near misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe actions & etc.)
  • Keep the documented information as evidence ensuring the compliance to QHSE Management System
