Job Description
Position summary
To ensure consistent support, within the frame of All Projects of all tenders to be issued and contracts in Saudi Arabia . The assignment has to consistent with our company’s standard terms of contract management, with the supervision of the direct Legal Counsel / Contract Manager of KSA and the support of the Project Directors and Veolia Middle East HQ legal department.
He or she will collaborate with a legal team or work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate contracts, subcontracts and letters, in collaboration with the Legal Counsel / Contract Manager and support of Veolia Middle East legal department.
Ensure that contracts and subcontracts, tenders issued and proposals received are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
Track of the contract management process and document management.
Achieve of specific standards for issuing tenders to contractors and subcontractors.
Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Interacting with contractors, suppliers and clients as necessary & with the guidance of the Legal Counsel / Contract Manager
To support in registration and incorporation of new legal entity
To ensure timely update of licenses and related government requirements of all the contracts in scope ( current and upcoming ones ) To ensure update of company documents e.g CR , authorized signatories etc .
Any related task/ Job with in the related area assigned by the Legal contract manager
Qualifications
Experience and/or qualification
Hold Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 1 years relevant experience
knowledge & skills
Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
IT: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Google Suite knowledge is a plus
Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
