Title : Big Data Architect

Location : Louisville, KY

Duration: Full Time

Job Description :

• 10-15 yrs. total experience in Data and Information Management including 5 years in Big Data.   

• Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy Big Data solution using Cloudera and/or IBM Big Insights Hadoop distribution & open Source platforms. 

• Analyze, design, develop, test and deploy data driven analytics, event driven/ real time analytics, sets of analytics orchestrated through rule engines, analytics that discover and exploit social networks, streaming device data analytics with heterogeneous data environment 

• Collaborate with product/project managers, data scientists, business partners to formulate requirements to design, build and tune complex solutions. 

• Drive the overall architect responsibilities including roadmaps, leadership, planning, technical innovation, IT governance, etc. 

• Hands on experience in utilizing the emerging technologies like Spark, Machine Learning, Python, Scala, Kafka, Ambari, R and provide analytical solutions 

• Hands on experience in implementing NoSQL DB 

• Hands on experience in Natural Language processing and concept extraction methodologies. 

• Overview of cloud architecture - AWS preferably and implication and consideration to be taken into account for application data and application deployment. Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy Big Data solution using Cloudera and/or IBM Big Insights Hadoop distribution & open Source platforms.
