• Support and enhance current talent acquisition and management processes.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, recruitment assessments and reports.

• Ensure that our vacant positions are advertised appropriately on current channels.

• Maintain our talent pool and candidate database, creating and maintaining relationships among them as potential hires.

• Be the first point of contact for candidates, third party recruiters and new employees.

• Prepare recruitment reports and manage KPIs to optimize the processes.

• Proactively headhunt and source candidates for various roles.

• Proactively build new relationships with universities, government agencies and recruitment firms.

• Research grants and co-op opportunities to fill our recruitment needs.

• 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR.

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

• Strong interpersonal, process and facilitation skills.

• Fluent in English; fluency in French a plus.

• Good numerical and verbal reasoning.

• Attentiveness to details.
