As a Senior Recruitment Partner at Vention…

hiring isn’t transactional; it’s strategic. As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our teams across engineering, sales, and corporate functions, helping us attract the people who will define Vention’s next stage of growth.

This is not a “fill the role” position. You are a true hiring partner who sits at the intersection of business strategy, workforce planning, and execution. You’ll work closely with leaders to deeply understand their teams, anticipate talent needs, and design hiring strategies that align with both immediate priorities and long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior roles across technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Lead intake conversations, sourcing strategies, candidate assessments, and offer discussions
  • Deliver a thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to close
  • Drive structured, fair, and high-signal interview processes
  • Partner with People & Culture to ensure alignment with leveling, compensation bands, and internal equity
  • Support hiring managers in making confident, well-calibrated decisions
  • Help evolve Vention’s hiring frameworks, interview practices, and recruiter playbooks
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in the recruitment process and propose practical, scalable improvements
  • Leverage data and insights to track progress, improve outcomes, and inform decision-making—without losing human judgment
  • Represent Vention externally with credibility, authenticity, and professionalism
  • Build and nurture pipelines for critical and hard-to-hire roles
  • Strengthen Vention’s employer brand through exceptional candidate interactions and continuous market feedback

 

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

You’ll bring

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record of hiring for complex or senior roles
  • Proven experience partnering closely with senior leaders and influencing hiring outcomes
  • Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments (tech, industrial, engineering, or similar is a strong asset)
  • Strong business acumen, you understand how hiring decisions shape teams, performance, and outcomes
  • Deep passion for sourcing and creativity in how you connect with talent
  • Comfort challenging leaders respectfully and constructively
  • Highly organized, execution-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence
  • Data-informed without being rigid—you balance speed, quality, and judgment
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
