Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Sales Operations Director to improve sales productivity and processes, focusing on reporting activities. As the analytical authority, the SOC will conduct performance analysis on sales metrics, and funnel optimization, and lead reporting across multiple channels, providing insights on improvements and risks. They will also maintain the revenue organization's reporting infrastructure, ensure alignment with KPIs, and support the Director of Sales Operations during the annual planning cycle.
Additionally, the SOA will ensure data integrity in CRM systems, manage Salesforce administrative tasks, enforce compliance with standard data entry processes, and document and maintain updated Salesforce processes. They will monitor account executives' compliance with activity targets and KPIs across all territories and sales motions, ensuring daily inspection and adherence to standards.
Reporting
The Sales Operations Analyst will be the analytical authority within the sales organization, focusing on performance analysis, such as sales productivity, ramp-up effectiveness, and funnel optimization.
They will prepare the weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, ensure they are ready to be presented across multiple channels and cross-functional company meetings, providing insights to sales leadership on areas for improvement and potential risks.
They will maintain the sales team's reporting infrastructure, ensure alignment with organizational KPIs, including SFDC, Plecto and PowerBI dashboards, excel reports and other KPIs documents.
They will scope, design, create and implement new reporting assets, such as dashboards. They will ensure the new tools are adopted by the sales team and the sales leadership team.
They will support the Director of Sales Operations during the annual planning cycle with critical analysis and insights.
Project Management
Own the execution of new initiatives and improvement projects. They will design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, lead the implementation, adoption and documentation.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement to organize Sales events such as the annual Sales Kick off by conducting the required analysis and reports on KPIs, and by preparing data-backed presentations, training materials and other documentations.
Data Administration
Ensure integrity of data is maintained in CRM, investigate discrepancies and update missing or incorrect information
Ensure account executives across all territories and sales motions are compliant with the process, meeting their activity targets & their KPIs, monitoring and inspecting daily/weekly/monthly.
Manages SFDC administrative tasks, and ensures the team complies with standard processes and procedures for data entry in SFDC.
Qualifications
Proven expertise with productivity tool including Excel, Powerpoint, Google docs, Power BI and Salesforce.com certifications
Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, you can deep dive into large amounts of data, draw meaningful insights, dissect business issues and draw actionable conclusions.
Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues.
Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support our goals and objectives.
Exceptional communication (listening, written, and oral) skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations targeted to the audience in question.
Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Support SalesOps coordinators with different tasks
Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail with the flexibility to meet the demands of changing business priorities.
A confident, proactive communicator, capable of identifying opportunities to solve problems, bring solutions and make us better.
A self starter, who is highly motivated, full of confidence and deeply team oriented
Proven experience in a sales operations role, including 3-5 years of experience in a high growth environment in sales/revenue operations.
Very strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to remove human error
