We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Product Designer who can create efficient and beautiful user flow for our Web and Inventory platforms.  You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product teams and stakeholders, working on research, testing, prototyping and designing to develop intuitive and thoughtful user experience.

The ideal candidate will bring his/her experience to create world class experience for our users.  

More specifically you will:

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback and present findings
• Design new features for the Web platform such as check out flow, research center, dashboards, etc. 
• Enhance and improve the internal user experience for our Inventory platform.
• Convert complex problems into simple solutions by synthesizing research outcomes and ideating multiple possibilities
• Identify and define thoughtful user journeys supported by low to high-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams, detailed interaction recommendations, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
• Daily collaboration with engineering, user research and product
• Participate in design reviews with cross-functional teams to present your work, and explain your visual choices and design rationale

• 5+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI experience
• A portfolio with case studies demonstrating your strength in UX, UI and creative problem solving
• Ability to design and share ideas with clarity and passion, and to give and receive feedback with open-mindedness
• Ability to think and operate in terms of design systems – be it working from existing design systems, evolving design systems or defining new design systems
• High proficiency using Figma
