Job Description

**This is a hybrid role out of the Montreal Office***

  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns across the customer journey, with a specific focus on the activation and retention stages.
  • Maintain targeted email lists based on customer segmentation, ensuring a comprehensive coverage of existing and future customers.
  • Analyze performance of digital marketing efforts and provide recommendations to increase reach and efficiency.
  • Maintain a repository of 100+ assets used in activation and retention campaigns, working alongside the brand and content marketing team.
  • Drive continuous analysis of campaign performance relative to specific KPIs, and maintain the reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
  • maintain a roadmap of improvement initiatives to improve KPIs, more specifically related to segmentation, content improvement, and delivery strategies.
  • Develop and present clear and comprehensive findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Work with the business infrastructure and demand generation team to coordinate the delivery of email campaigns as part of Vention’s multi-channel strategy.

Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum two (2) years of experience performing analytics as part of a go-to-market team (marketing, sales, customer success, etc).
  • Experience working with Marketing automation software (Pardot, Marketo, etc).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Bilingualism.
