Reporting to the VP of Operations you will empower and lead a team of supply chain managers and category buyers, operating a global supply chain made of 70+ suppliers and 1,000+ SKUs. You will be responsible for expanding our supply chain strategic and tactical sourcing in a fast-growth environment.

More specifically, your role will include:

• Optimize inventory level for both working capital optimization and parts availability
• Build procedures for the inventory team, ensuring right-sizing of initial inventory level on new SKUs, and subsequent purchases
• Conduct supplier audits, ensuring proper capacity planning in the context of rapid growth
• Develop standard qualifying supplier procedures and proceed to continuous evaluations of their KPI
• Drive master supply agreement contract negotiations across a portfolio of category
• Establish teamwork synergy with Engineering teams and Quality team for New Product Introduction and improving parts quality
• Work closely with a dedicated team of software developers, improving inventory planning software and underlying algorithms

• Bachelor degree in engineering, mathematics or equivalent 
• 8+ years leading a supply chain, inventory or inventory management team
• Demonstrated expertise at optimizing inventory level and service level in a data-intensive environment
• Deep knowledge of inventory level mathematics, including daily demand, safety stock, reorder points and economic order quantity
• Strong data analytic background with the ability to run complex analysis independently of the data science team
• Experience managing global supplier base with suppliers in Europe, North America, and Asia
• Previously led negotiation for multi-year supply contracts across a range of categories (machined part, electronics, injections molding)
