Vention is looking for an Assembly Technician (m/f/d) for our Berlin Warehouse. You will be the key-player to the success of all mechanical assemblies of Vention parts in Europe and joining the team in a historical moment in Europe. Furthermore, you can shape your own career path to take over multiple responsibilities.  

• You as an Assembly Technician (m/f/d) will assemble simple to complex parts designed by our hardware team (enclosures, actuators, bearings) and follow the instructions provided by the hardware team to ensure the correct assembly of parts which will be delivered to our customers

• You will follow CAD drawings to ensure conformity and high quality of products for best possible customer experience

• You will also perform quality inspection for serialized parts 

• You will make sure that all the work is properly documented to ensure the scalability and your knowledge is passed on to future team members 

• You will work on continuous improvement solutions 

• You manage upcoming challenges through creative problem-solving

• You ensure that internal platforms are consistently updated with relevant details.

• You proactively follow an assembly schedule and make sure you are above customer expectations 

• You are fluent in English - any other language is plus 

• You bring 1+ year’s experience in general assembly work/specialized training or you have a relevant school background 

• You have good communication skills and are at ease performing trainings

• You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasm
