Job Description
- Assist Operations manager and team in establishing, implementing and maintenance of the quality management system.
- Function as a liaison with project engineering, manufacturing, and the customer regarding the quality of electro-mechanical assemblies, secondary operations, and assembly programs.
- Track manufacturing defects and communicate the data to all areas of Operations in a manner that drives clear understanding.
- Drive achievement of goals in Manufacturing Defect Rate
- Provide technical support/solutions to quality control processes.
- Respond to manufacturing quality problems by investigating and resolving problems to assure a continuing flow of production.
- Establish and maintain quality standards and test equipment for all products.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years’ related Quality experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering preferably in an electro-mechanical manufacturing and test environment with knowledge of quality control of manufacturing processes and process improvement techniques
- Permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
