Position Overview: The Hera Flight Race Team is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic car racing team as a Full-Time Mechanic and Bus Driver. This multifaceted role will involve maintaining, repairing, and optimizing race cars, as well as managing transportation logistics for the team's equipment and race vehicles. As a key member of our pit crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the team's success during high-pressure racing events.  The position is based in Clearwater, Florida.

 Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a race car mechanic, preferably within a professional racing environment.
• Proven mechanical skills with a strong understanding of race car components and systems.
• Ability to operate and maintain transport vehicles, including trailers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Proficiency in using various tools and diagnostic equipment for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and travel to various race venues.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
