Job Description

Fast paced company looking for a competent Administrative Sales Assistant to provide sales administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to sales and sales management. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional to add to our small effective team.


·      Act as the point of contact between the executive and employees and customers

·      Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence

·      Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

·      Make travel arrangements

·      Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data

·      Produce reports, presentations and briefs

·      Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

·      Sales project management tracking account progress with sales manager.

·      expense reports

·      Price sheet establishment

·      Account Planners

·      Quote sheet to customers

·      Product sheets

·      Preparation of sales tool like power point decks

·      Promotional announcement flyers

·      Sales Forecast /report analysis

·      Communication with in house sales people and external Sales reps.

·      Assist in preparation of customer meeting

·      Planning for trade shows

·      Attending trade shows

·      Assist Social Media manager

·      Assist in preparations and planning sales meetings

·      Review account orders, terms

·      Need good written and verbal communication skills.

·      Calming influence under pressure

·      Always maintain respect while interacting with all departments.


·      Proven experience as an sales administrative assistant

·      Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

·      Solid experience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office, CRM tools

·      Proficiency in English

·      Exemplary planning and time management skills

·      Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

·      Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

·      High level verbal and written communications skills

·      Discretion and confidentiality

·      High School degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
