Job Description

A Radiant Property Inspection is seeking an honest, dependable and professional full time employee for outside marketing/sales and office responsibilities. 

A significant portion (70%) of this position will require calling on and visiting real estate and mortgage offices and current clients. Organization, politeness, and follow through are a few of the attributes needed to succeed. A neat appearance and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Candidate must be outgoing, self motivated and teachable. Weekly schedules will be co-designed with owner and reviewed together to map progress at the end of each week. 

Office responsibilities (30%) will include covering the phones, scheduling inspections, research on line and office duties. At times, this will also require assisting Owner on presentations and sponsored events and parties.

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic social media, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general accounting a plus. Candidate to also communicate with our SEO company to forward information as needed.

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Desired hours are M - F 9:00 to 5:00. Some flex time over an occasional weekend may be necessary. 

This position is hourly with mileage reimbursement and bonus potential.
