• Demonstrates a high degree of culture and service standards awareness, and acts as a role model to fellow colleagues.
• Manages and develops the IT Department function (including team engagement and motivation).
• Develops and implements IT-strategy, standards of operations, planning, reporting, team trainings and manages the IT team performance.
• Responsible for the business continuation (IT system, infrastructure and services).
• Builds strong relation with service providers.
• Schedules routine maintenance, quality, reporting, analysis, improves the department function.
• Ensures security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Handles annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

• 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the hotel industry in a similar capacity is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science.
• IT-software management skills, include Cloud based applications. In-depth understanding of programming, computer science and digital security.
• IT budgeting, cost control and run the IT related projects.
• Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening.
• Attention to detail, goal-oriented, organized, displaying initiative with little or no guidance, flexible, responsible, teamwork and customer-oriented person.
