• Oversees the daily operations of the outlet, analyzing and suggesting improvements to the F&B Management where needed.
• Plans and assigns daily working schedule of the outlet.
• Establishes operational strategies to meet the best quality and customer service standards.
• Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards awareness.
• Ensures that the outlet colleagues follow all the standard operating procedures and maintains the highest standards consistently.
• Analyzes guest concerns and recommends corrective actions.
• Trains and coaches the team in service standards, F&B knowledge leading by example.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading F&B at a high-end five-star luxury hotel/resort.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits with strong  background in fine dining, and experience in organizing and maintaining high-profile banquets/functions.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English; fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
• Outstanding guest service skills striving to exceed most demanding expectations.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs with a pleasant personality.
• Experience in Forbes Travel Guide & LQA standards.
