Job Description

  • Planning, organizing and developing authentic Japanese cuisine menus to be offered to the guests.
  • Assist in the planning and organizing of any special Japanese themed buffet’s or dishes
  • Assist in determining the stock levels of all ingredients and equipment required for the preparation of Japanese dishes and maintain related costs.
  • Perform any other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be highly skilled and authentically trained Japanese Chef.
  • Experience in Leading Japanese restaurant.
  • Knowledge to create elegantly designed offerings for high-profile guests.
  • Comfortable with living in remote locations.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & confident to anticipate and manage processes.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
