The role:
This is a unique 12 month fixed term (maternity leave) opportunity to join us through an exciting period of change and transformation as a senior member of our Operational Excellence team. Working in partnership with GMs, our Digital Leadership teams & Practise Leads, on a typical week, you can expect to:
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across Vector Digital, driving better ways of working and operational outcomes.
- Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, to uplift ways of working maturity.
- Act as a connector between squads, practice leads, and GMs to align delivery with strategic goals.
- Support the development and execution of OKRs across Digital Leadership Teams.
- Champion the Vector Digital Operating Model (VDOM), helping teams work in federated, autonomous, and aligned ways.
- Lead by example in fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and track the impact of improvement initiatives, sharing best practices across the organisation.
- Contribute to both project and product delivery in a fast-paced, evolving digital environment.
Who are we looking for?
We believe a blend of experiences is a real strength in this role. Whether your expertise lies in Agile Coaching, Scrum, Product Ownership/Management, Project Delivery, or a combination of these, what matters most is your ability to lead change, facilitate improvement, and help teams deliver better outcomes across Vector Digital.
- A confident facilitator with strong delivery experience (including foundational Agile facilitation) and comfortable working across both team and senior leadership levels.
- Skilled in Lean, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies, with a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring.
- Able to navigate ambiguity and change, guiding teams through transformation with empathy and clarity.
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement, with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse groups.
- Comfortable leading workshops and planning sessions, including quarterly planning. Experience in OKR development a distinct bonus (but not must have).
- Proven ability to assess delivery environments and apply the right methodology for context.
- Strong communicator who builds purposeful relationships and fosters alignment across business units.
- Passionate about operational excellence and systems thinking, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Brings energy and curiosity to the role, with a mindset geared toward innovation and continuous improvement.
