About the role
In this is newly created Change Manager position you will play a key leadership role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage, to achieve this you will:

  • Assess change impacts and run assessment workshops  
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
  • Develop communication plans and key messages
  • Create training plans
  • Managing resistance to change
  • Work with key business leaders to deliver organisational change
  • Develop coaching plans and undertaking coaching management
  • Co-creating sponsor roadmaps. 

This is an engaging role that will see you working across multiple projects and initiatives, providing a breadth of exposure that require varying skills and tasks to be drawn upon at any particular time.

Who we are looking for
You will be an experienced Change Manager who thrives working in a sector undergoing significant transformation.  With experience across multiple businesses, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management (or equivalent experience demonstrated through previous positions held)
  • Solid experience in Change Management across multiple business dimensions/functions in organisation of similar size and complexity to Vector
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • An empathetic nature in order to connect with people to help them understand why things are changing
  • Be able to talk to every level of the organisation – from exec to team and tech leads to engineers and analysts.
