Bluecurrent (formerly Vector Metering) is a leading provider of innovative smart metering services and solutions in New Zealand and Australia. As a B2B company, we partner with leading energy retailers and distributors in New Zealand and Australia. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the dynamic Bluecurrent team. As a Remote Services Administrator, you will provide consistent and accurate remote services to Bluecurrent customers in the timeframes outlined. In this role, you will ensure that exceptional customer service is provided to our Retailers and minimise risk of non-compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing queries from retailers regarding Bluecurrent Remote Services, systems, databases and supplied services.
  • Ensuring accurate capturing of remote services processes.
  • Identify system or manual gaps.
  • Process data received from Energy Retailers and Field Service Partners through the Remote Services workflow tools.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will have previous proven customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication. Your customer service, problem solving, and organisational skills will be paramount. In this role you will need to be technologically savvy with the ability to work in standard applications.
