Ko tā mātou mahi | Our role

As a Customer Delivery Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless execution of customer projects, ultimately elevating their satisfaction levels.  We’re looking for someone with a background in commercial customer experience, who posseses the confidence to communicate effectively and challenge where necessary.

Project management experience is a key asset as you’ll be orchestrating various aspects of customer projects such as scheduling, invoices, stakeholder management, escalations, and variations.

You’ll be working in a dynamic environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success stories of our customers.  Joining our team means you’ll be part of a group that achieved big project successes last year and expects even more growth. This role offers exposure to diverse functions, opening new career possibilities for you.

We are seeking individuals who have:

  • Commercial customer experience
  • Confidence to speak up and challenge
  • Project management experience
  • Experience as a contract and project administrator/coordinator, with strong commercial, financial, and legal skills.
  • Track record or managing customer engagements in complex environments, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ideally, prior experience in the Energy sector or related industries like Utilities, Telecomms or Construction, with knowledge of easements
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
