About the role
In this fixed term Experience Design Analyst role you will work closely with stakeholders to create end-to-end and surface-to-core enterprise experiences for customers, business partners, and employees. Maturing the design practice, while growing capability and understanding. You will also:

  • Use human-centred design approaches to shape and define the value/data exchange between the business and the user across touch points, time, and channels
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for experience improvements
  • Be comfortable in solving complex and ambiguous problems – often working with a wide stakeholder group

Who we are looking for
The ideal fit for this role would be a curious and collaborative hands-on designer with breadth of knowledge across the broader design spectrum, including research, interface design and depth of expertise, particularly in service design.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ Years of UX/UI/Product/Service design experience
  • The ability to pick up strategic objectives and be able to break it down into actionable road map items
  • Strong facilitation and cross functional collaboration skills – co-creating solutions with designers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools Lucid Chart/Spark (Miro) is essential 
  • Be familiar with Figma & Adobe Suite
  • Understand business requirements and technical logic and how that applies to design
  • Demonstrate a curious mindset, and the ability to approach ambiguous problems
  • Ability to plan and conduct UX research – User/stakeholder interview, workshops, Usability testing, gathering user feedback
  • Bachelor Degree in a design field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of design system, information architecture and accessibility
  • Be able to commit to the full 12-month fixed term.
