About the role: 

Our high performing sales team are looking to grow even more in 2024. 

We are looking for a part-time Sales Consultant for 20-25 hours per week where you’ll join an ambitious, dedicated, and friendly sales team, where there is full training and ongoing support provided, to keep you sharp and on top of the game.  Our current sales team continues to thrive and grow, this is an opportunity you want to be part of.  

We offer competitive uncapped commission. This is a challenging role where you have the autonomy and flexibility to do what is needed to get the results we are looking for. 

This role will see you responsible for a portfolio of customers, ranging from existing clients to new warm leads, to generating and establishing brand new relationships. We have a dedicated team of customer service consultants who generate leads and book appointments for you. 

There will be some evening appointments and occasional homeshows that you be required to attend.

About you: 

You will have previous experience in home-based sales, a proven success in delivering sales targets, and a hunger and desire to drive and grow our business. You will be passionate about making all kiwi homes healthier.  

Exceptional communication skills, problem solving, good computer skills using Windows 365 and CRM and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn, grow with the business and develop your career.  

The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs which we will reward you for.
