About the role:

We have a great opportunity for an customer-centric Administrator to join our Shared Services team in Penrose. This is a full time role Monday to Friday, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements available, so you can balance work and life.

In this role you main focus will be:

Delivering a seamless customer journey 

Key task in the role:

  • Coordinating bookings with customers,
  • Administrative duties
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the business.
  • Processing sale orders
  • Loading and maintaining CRM dashboards

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Able to problem solve
  • Friendly, excellent phone manner, and reliable
  • Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills with all key stakeholders
  • Previous experience with financial practices including reconciliations, invoicing, and PO’s.
  • Able to multitask and priorities
  • Excellent accuracy and have a high level of attention to detail
  • A positive attitude
  • Commitment to health and safety

Full training and ongoing support is provided

This role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred, but not essential.
