About the role:

Based in Onehunga, we have an opportunity for an Operations Coordinator - Commercial. 

Reporting to the Auckland Operations Manager, this is a key role within the Auckland Operations Leadership Team. You will be accountable for leading the Commercial installation team in the day to day operations, other duties will include:

  • Visiting customers’ homes to service existing systems, installations and repairs.
  • Solve customer problems by upselling and cross selling our other solutions.
  • Coordinating workflow, including managing team diaries and job allocation; running toolbox meetings to keep your team informed and safe; conducting on-the-job training
  • Having direct relationships with stakeholders to maximise efficiency and exceed customer expectations.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a high level of experience in Installation and a ready to take on a leadership role or already are a Team Leader.
  • You will have a proactive eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance our processes and solve problems as they arise.
  • 5 years HVAC Installer experience 
  • Commercial experience is an advantage
  • HVAC design experience is an advantage  
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • An empathetic and positive nature as well as a good sense of humour
  • A commitment to health and safety
