The Role:

Due to an Internal promotion EES have a role within our Auckland Sales team, we are on the lookout for a self-motivated and driven Individual. If you are looking for a role, where you can growth, develop your solution-oriented sales skills and become the sales rockstar then this is your role. Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are welcomed to apply. We fully train, support and develop our team to succeed.

Exceptional communication skills, problem solving and being self-motivated will come naturally to you, along with a desire to learn. Crucial to your success is your ability to build rapport with a range of people and overcome objections by helping our clients understand the benefits of investing in our healthy home solutions.

We have a dedicated team of fantastic customer service consultants who generate and book appointments for you. This means you can focus on what you do best, building relationships and sales! Key aspects of your role include meeting with residential clients, conducting home assessments of client properties, tailoring healthy home product solutions, as well as delivering presentations and sales pitches.

The role is performance based and to succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the ability to smash sales targets and KPIs and a current and clean driver’s license.

This isn’t your typical Monday to Friday, 9-5. We encourage work life balance and try to offer flexibility where we can. There may be times where you are required to attend evening and weekend client home visits.

  • Base salary plus an uncapped commission structure with OTE of $80-$100k - the more you sell, the more you are rewarded.
